BJP calls spectrum allocation biggest scam, criticises PM

How long the politician would be allowed
to loot the taxpayer’s money, and get away without appropriate punishment? Frauds after frauds are committed – accusations made – media glared – public became angry – discussions held – government gave assurances – and, finally the matter went into hibernation. The pattern is so specific that it could be included in the constitution to facilitate the corrupt ministers to show their infamous efficiency in making money through illegal means.
We the common people of India are responsible for all these development in the country, and we are the most neglected lot. The people, who think are the brains of the development have nothing more than the common people except the privilege and corrupt support, which they utilize to make money and get fame. Political parties and its members consider the power that is bestowed on them by the public, their ancestor’s property and mint money. Top levels in all the departments are colluded with the ministers making the process of corruption mysterious. The system is set in such a fashion that no one person can be held responsible for any malfunction in the system.
The spectrum allocation is the biggest financial scam in the country, claimed the opposition party BJP. Sixty thousand crores is the loss amount of the government, this news report mentioned. Our honest prime minister is trying to save the man on the top of this scam for reasons he knows better. What we can guess is that unless he and his party is not beneficiary of the scam, his role a saviour of A Raja is meaningless.
The simple fact that is understandable by illiterate persons, are not understandable by these so called brains. They cite notes, letter, rules of different departments, and above all the highest authority, the PM for making the matter as complicated as possible and to show each one is a saint in each scam.
There is recent news of the auction of the spectrum, and the telecommunication minister in the last government in spite of clear mention of market force rule defended the same.
What Arun Jaitley contended in the Rajya Sabha is absolutely right, but he should not become complacent just but raising the issue in the right platform. The momentum has to be increased to force the PM stay away from saving the culprits.
Manmohan Singh’s utterances on the subject shows that he is not interested to go to the bottom of the matter. This is clear enough indication of his knowledge about the matter that he does not want to disclose. Raja’s behaviour shows no concern, which again indicates that he is not alone in the fraud.
Government policies are not clear that make rooms for power players to play foul games at an appropriate time. Unknown parties that have no experience and infrastructure in the field were allocated license and spectrum on the condition of last date of application. What nonsense is this? If no suitable application is received for a purpose, non suitable applications are not considered is the simple rule.
To conclude, I can only presume that the ministers are all bakwas.
