Recently, I faced a problem in which I needed some money and that’s also quickly. My relationships were already exhausted and the only source where I could look with some hope was banking sector. After getting a ‘not possible’ reply from almost every public sector bank, I approached Muthoot Finance for a personal loan. Today, I am out of that crisis all because of this company since they sanctioned the loan in quite a little time. It was really unbelievable for me than any financial institutions can give loan in a single day. However, that is what Muthoot did. I got money the same day I applied.
Three things that I like most about this institutions and which compelled me to write a positive review about them is their fastness in processing loan, their hassle free delivery and surprisingly low interest. Though, the interest that I have to pay monthly is not the lowest in the industry, but still it is lower than many other players. Then, the hassle free in processing is quite relieving. Since, a person, like me, is approaching the bank for loan in some problem then being a problem-free delivery is nothing but a boon for that person. I must say that I was not only surprised, but also thanked the manager by heart.
However, one thing that I didn’t like about this institution is the high amount that I had to pay as processing fee. Though, their delivery is quite fast and they deserve to take something more than other financial institutions, but what they are charging is over the limit. In fact, they have charged astronomical amount as processing fee from me. This is one, though a serious, drawback in the whole loaning procedure of this bank. Other than this, I didn’t find anything that can be said to be negative for this financial institution.
