What is icebreaker actually? The term icebreaker connotes to say that it is a vessel designed to clear a passage in frozen waters and open channels for communication. In a real life situation, the icebreakers are intended to deal with freeze situations, cold starts and nervous freezing. The objective is not only to break the ice but also to warm the environment.

The icebreakers in this book attempt to challenge the participants in a variety of ways – intellectual, artistic, diplomatic, managerial – all involving communication skills.
