Based on Brian Tracy's premise that if the first thing you do every morning is eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction. It is probably the worst thing that will happen to you all day. My suggestion is to swallow that frog, whatever the unpleasant task is (fish tank, bathtub, cat litter, undesirable phone call) early in the morning before I start my day. So far I have the greatest positive impact on my life and results because of my new habit.
