Project for 50 pc set up.
Type of work:
Digitization of data in provided format of JPG/TIF image files into MS-Word document files.
Duration:
The total time to complete the project is 8 months.
Financials:
Total Working Days: 22 Working Days per Month
Work Flow: 80000 Character per day per seat for 50 Seats (i.e. one slot)
Rate: Rs.10/- per 1000 Character (including Space + Images).
Total Monthly Billing: Rs.4,40,000 per slot per month
Upfront: Without Upfront
Service Charge: Rs.30000/- per slot for whole project
Consultancy Charges: Rs.30,000/- per slot as introduction and giving authorization to sign this project. ( 10000 before and 20000 after signup ).
Payment Security: 50% Payment in advance with work order remain amount after completion of work through Bank.
Order Value:
The total order value billed will be for the sum of Rs. 35,20,000 in the complete working of 8 months.
Total Working Days:
The total working days in a month will be twenty two days where Saturdays and Sundays will be counted as non working days for data conversion.
Download and upload of Data:
The total work download estimated is 80000 characters per day per seat, the download will be provided three months basis & upload of data is to be done on weekly basis, three months data will be provided through VPN.
Quality Control:
Evaluation of the data converted by your esteem organization should be at least 98% accurate.
Billing:
Bills can be raised every month and executing necessary documents and procedures as specified in the Service Level Agreement.
Payment:
50% Payment in Advance with work order & remaining payment will be made after completion of the work through Bank.
Quality Checking:
Quality Check report will be provided within 10 working days of the submission of the data transmitted in previous month. If the company fails to provide the report within stipulated time .frame as mentioned in the agreement the work will be calculated as 100% accurate and accepted by the company.
