Beyond the Multiplex an article writer is/Andrew O'Herir and in this article the writer refers to Roman Polanski and a new documentary on this legendary film director which takes into account Polanski and his alleged rape of a 13 year old girl which led to his exit albeit swift from the United States of America (last heard of .. living in Paris, France!) Interesting how the wheel turns full circle and the news on Polanski is concerned with his private life rather than his artistic life.
Another interesting gem I discovered on the same blog was headed ... Ghenghis Khan and it refers to a new film about the legendary Mogul who conquered Turkey and was a Mongul Tribesman dating back to the 12th century .. the film contains mysticism great battle tableau and excellent scenes and the star is Japanese Asano.
I read quite a lot about the legendary figure Ghenghis Khan and its interesting to observe that this folklore or call it what you will still has a big audience in America .......... I suppose the reason is the fascination with the 12th Century and its heroes.
