In continuation of the acclaimed film "Elite Squad", winner of the Silver Bear at the Berlin Festival in 2007, we have the central character, Roberto Nascimento, captain, promoted to lieutenant colonel, leading an operation of the BOPE in a prison in Rio January. One of his police kills the bad guy who led the rebellion while he was a human rights leader hostage. The news spreads and Birth is dismissed from his job. But, as he himself says, he "falls to the top."
