Red Eye is a thrilling suspense movie about two peoples paths meeting. In the movie the drama unfoldes high in the skies on an airplane. When the two lead characters end up sitting next to eachother on the plane after meeting earlier in the airport, the saga begins. One of characters quickly unfolds the story behind the "coincidence" of the meeting and the movie goer is immediately sucked into the depths of the movie. This movie keeps you on the edge of your seat, while rooting for the lead female character played by Rachel McAdams. Movies goers that enjoy suspense and a "how's the character going to get out of this situation" type of plot will love this movie. Red Eye is played out so the audience is enthralled in the story and cheering the hero to victory. With a likeable female lead and a very dislikable villian, this movie is a keeper. This is not an oh-so-scary movie or a boring "I thought this was going to be scary" movie. It is right in the middle. It is suspensival enough to keep you jumping, but not so scary that you will have nightmares. If you are someone like me that enjoys those in the middle movies you will love this film. Red Eye will have your heart pounding and will make you want to yell at the movie screen ( please try not to - haha). I completely recommend this film to the viewer that loves heart pounding action and emotionally charged characters that this movie produces. Energy, suspense, and action will draw you to this movie and the characters and story line will keep you there. This movie is perfect for movie goers and is a must see this year!
