Artistic expression of Anna Maria Jopek escapes simple generalisations as the artist makes use of various musical styles, such as jazz, ethnic music, pop music, lyrical song and even some influence of rock is evident. In 2002 Jopek released her first album Upojenie (featuring Pat Metheny). The same year saw Jopek''s first international album Barefoot released through EmArcy (an Universal Music label). In 2004 Jopek made another album thorugh Universal Music, under the title Secret , that had its premiere in several European countries as well as in Japan.
