Football Manager. As I know, this game has been publishing in some
version, start by FM 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and FM 2012. This time, I am
going to tell you about Football Manager 2009 version.
Correspond to the name, Football Manager 2009 is the game that make
me feel like a real manager. The game started by choosing the team that
we want to manage. For this case, we can choose a club or national
football team. I suuggest to choose clube football team, because we can
do anything that can not be done when we choose national football team
i.e make a transfer.
The important thing in this game is about how you can composed a good
formation and relationship with your player. Even if you have a good
tactical formation, you would have a trouble in the match when you do
not have good relationship with your players. To make good relationship
with your players, you can made a conversation with them by using menu
button. In there you can praise to them, but do not to over, because it
can make your players over confident.
In half or end season, you can buy some players that you like and
sell that you not expect to be in your team. Based on my experience in
there, I were always buy a young player with wonderkid explanation. Why I
do that ?
The wonderkid young player have a bigger chance to be good player in
the future than other. Wonderkid usually in 16-20 years old. But you
have to think twice when you want to sell your old player. Sometimes,
players with old age is needed, because he has an experience that needed
to control the team play in the match.
The other thing that usually forgotten is training schedule. You have
to make training intension is in capacity, do not over work. Hig
intuensiti of training, can make your players to be better, but it also
make them injuried easily.
