Episode 104 The Haunting of Mansfield Mansion
A newly divorced mother Amy sees a dilapidated house and
decided to buy it and fix it up. She makes a bid and wins the house. Over three
months she spends her evenings fixing up the house. After three months they
move into the house while still doing work on the house upper floors. During
this time they hear footsteps and doors slamming and doors opening without
evidence of anyone being there to do it.
One day her daughter is alone and hears strange noises
coming from her mother’s room. Not knowing what to do she starts running down
the stairs and out of the house as her mother arrives and finds her scared out
of her wits. After this Amy’s daughter decides to move in with her boyfriend.
One of her friends a police detective gets divorced and Amy
says he can move in as a roommate. But after several unexplained encounters he
decides to move out, but as he moves out Amy’s son, fiancée, and their children
move in with Amy.
After meeting with a neighbor Amy is informed that her house
used to be a mental asylum and all kinds of rumors of patient abuse when they
facility was in operation. Doing research at the library Amy finds out the
horrible abuse that happened in her house and when investigating further she
finds human remains and turns them over to the state pathologist.
