Elle Macpherson's Organic Diet

Book Abstract by: malice

Original Author: Kiran Al-Asr
Elle Macpherson’s Organic Diet
Organic foods contain 50 percent more minerals and nutrients than mass produced food,
and the body craves these essential nutrients and will continue to tell you to eat until it has enough. By eating organic foods you will feel fuller more quicker as the body is taking in everything it require, so you will lose weight and feel a lot better. At the age of 41, supermodel and mom, Elle Macpherson is looking better than ever and she has her great looks and unbelievable physique thanks to an organic secret. Her secret weapon is her healthy, all-natural organic diet and has been so successful that she is eager to share it with the world. Instead of choosing a diet that meant she had to go without her favourite food, Elle chose to simply cut out the chemicals, and by doing so she lost weight easily and as an added bonus her skin and hair regained that supermodel glow. Elle believe that some diets can leave you feeling unwell or tired, because your body lacks the important micronutrients it need. Her instructions are to put everything in a blender and whiz up. Add fruit juice to create the consistency you prefer, and if you need more sweetness add dried fruit. Once you flushed out all the toxins from your system, you’re well on your way. For breakfast try to get in a lot of fibre and blended juices, and for lunch try a variety of homemade vegetable soups. Also good food to try is:
Avocado sandwiches with mash avocado, lemon juice, pepper, garlic and a little bit of olive oil.
Tuna mixed with tomatoes, spring onions, organic mayonnaise and baked patato.
Brown rice and organic vegetables with tahini sauce.
Nice for dinners is Salmon baked in foil, garnished with fish herbs such as dill and tarragon served with fresh steamed vegetables such broccoli or spinach. Another favourite is organic baked beans on wheat-free toast or soya sausage stir fry – use any veggies you liked.
To top it of if you need to snack, have pumpkin, sesame or sunflower seeds, unsalted nuts, dried figs, apricots, dates or raisins or fresh, organic fruit.
