The writers of this collection have many fresh idea and subtle analysis upon the definition and characteristics of the literary schools. Many fundamental concepts and its root and interpretation, ie., when and how did they occur to and develop in the literary history, are not only convincing in its conclusion, but also new and inspiring. Among which such as source and stream consciousness, leadership consciousness, style consciousness of literary schools; idealistic personality of literary school of Xuan, the rationality of Taige Style, the redivision of the literary schools of novel theory, they can be regarded as the model of combining the testified proof with the theoretical analysis. Besides, the Studies of Palace Poetry by Professor SHI Guan\|hai, make up a vacancy among the studies of the history of Chinese poetry. All the writers of this collection have undertaken the academic study for a long time. Their collaboration is focusing on the related aspect as a whole, as well as displaying their individual interest, which will do good to the formation of schools of literary study.
