Non-interference in Other Ration's Internal Affairs and Social System Is the Most Im portant Princip

Article Abstract by: TsingHua

Original Author: International Studies
Diversity of things is the objective reality of the world. The same goes with the situation of each country. It is an innate
right of a country to decide on its own the social system and road to development according to its own national condition. Proceeding from its own hegemonic interests, the United States invaded Iraq and put forward "Plan on the Democratic Reform of Great Middle East", attempting to make Iraq a springboard and sample for the US to impose the Americanized "democracy", "freedom" system and values upon all Middle East countries. This violates the fundamental principles of international relations and completely deviates from the reality of the Middle East region, and thus it is destined to be a failure. At present, the United States seemingly "transfer power" in Iraq, however, it in fact still practices military occupation and disguised rule in Iraq, making it difficult to relieve the chaos in Iraq. Referring to the consequences of so-called "democratic" and "liberal" "social and political laboratory" of Iraq created by the Untied States, if the US insists on implementing the "Plan on the Democratic Reform of Great Middle East", the turbulences and chaos in the Middle East region would only be aggravated, and the US would also be further bogged down in a quagmire and feel difficult to get out of trouble.
