Aim To study the effects of Sikang ganmao oral liquores(CCD) on
virus,
bacteria and analgesia.Methods Virus induced cell pathological changes were used to
observe the
anti virus
effect of CCD;the method of pouring drug into plate media holes was adopted to observe the anti bacteria effect CCD;and heat induced pain response and acetic acid induced writhing in mice were employed to observe the
analgesic effect of CCD.Results The median effective concentration of CCD anti herpes virus Ⅰ was 0.98 g·L -1 .CDD 1 0 g·ml -1 showed inhibition against staphylococcus aureus(ATCC 25923,MRSA),epidermidis staphylococcus,streptococcus pneumoniae and streptococcus viridans CCD 5.0 and 10 0 g·kg -1 prolonged incubation period of hot plate reaction in mice(P<0 05,P<0 01).CCD 10 0 and 20 0 g·kg -1 showed marked suppressive effect on writhing induced by acetic acid in mice(P<0 01).Conclusion CCD has anti virus and bacteria
function.It also possesses analgesic effect for a relatively long time.
