The function
characteristic to the intelligent multiproperties tester of molding sand has been analyzed. The tester adopts
the mechanical drive of high accuracy which gives a steady and continuous loading. mechanical property parameters tested are all the corresponding
characteristic values of the characteristic points or the characteristic functions of the characteristic curves to the examined sand sample,the physics meanings are accurate and concrete.The plastic shaped critical value and the conceptions and testing methods of resilient energy are both newly invented. Furthermore the tester is easy to operate and control and owns extensive markets and inspiring perspective.
