Various methods were used to analyze the properties of nickel-matrix alloy coating by
induction heating.The eddy distribution
ruler in coating was analyzed by measuring Curie point and resistivity.Different section shapes and technique parameters were experimented by GP100(high frequency) and KGPS-M(
intermediate frequency).Element distributions in coating and thermal affects on matrix of high and intermediate frequency were studied by electron microscope and X-ray scanning;polarization curves of high frequency induction and oxygen-acetylene spraying of Ni60 in 3.5%NaCl solution were measured;wear experiments were performed respectively between GCr15 and GNi-WC25 coating by laser cladding,oxygen-acetylene spraying and high frequency induction. The results show that high frequency induction heats is faster than intermediate one, there is less chromium-poor structure in coating, and thermal affect on matrix is subtle;before induction workpieces have to be heated to 200 ℃ and circular single inductorium is adapted;corrosion resistance of Ni60 coating by high frequency induction is higher than that by oxygen-acetylene spraying;wear resistance of GNi-WC25 coating by high frequency is higher than that by laser cladding and oxygen-acetylene spraying.
