The erosion
corrosion characteristics of 2Cr13 and 1Cr17Mo2 were studied with plate samples in an erosion corrosion tester
like pulp tanks.The result shows that the mechanical performance in high speed flush has an evident effect on erosion
corrosion resistance of 2Cr13 and 1Cr17Mo2.In a high speed flush,the
weightlessness of erosion corrosion of 2Cr13 is lower than that of 1Cr17Mo2;in a low speed flush (2m/s),the weightlessness of erosion corrosion of 1Cr17Mo2 is lower than that of 2Cr13.The mechanical performance of 2Cr13 and 1Cr17Mo2 has also an effect on their erosion corrosion characteristics in various flush angles.The weightlessness of erosion corrosion of 2Cr13 will increase monotonely when the flush angle incresses,the weightlessness is the biggest when the flush angle is 90°.The weightlessness of erosion corrosion of 1Cr17Mo2 will be at a peak value when the flush angle is 30°,and will be the biggest when the flush angle is 90°.The flush weightlessness of 2Cr13 and 1Cr17Mo2 in various angles is familiar to their weightlessness of erosion corrosion in various angles.
