this is to bring awarenes to you people about the spice nutmeg which is generally used in our kitchen.one of my friend
took this spice nutmeg in high quantity to get a mild trip as of alcohol,but the mistake she did waz she had it thrice the quantity doubling each time because she didn''t felt any trip as of alcohol.she doesn''t know that nutmeg takes minimum of 4 hours to reveal itz power.
she went to her college the next morning as she felt no change with her except the swollen ren eyez.she had a reeling sensation rite from morning and after some time she fell down fainted.her buddy''s dropped her home.she was sleeping and sleeping the whole day and even on the next day she waz sleepy al day through with the symptoms of flu.
nutmeg may not show any serious effects at that time but one thing can be said about it strictly iz it causes pregnency
problems,it even causes miscarriages.
so,please do use this spice limitedly in cooking only,when used limitdly it has many medicinal properties like it
improves concentration,improves memory,digestion related problems and sleeping dissorders.
