On a trans Atlanrtic flight he was born,
As an infant he went across th world in supersonic jets.
He always longed
to go to the distant stars and planets at the speed of light.
The
intense desire imbued his being and it conseumed all his needs.
He body shrank and lost its weight,
The limbs slowly withdrew into the trunk:
Till his being became a dot-
A dot of squeezed up brain.
The fire within burned like a fusion,
Soon the remanants became a subatomic particle.
IT thrust forward instantly with the force of condensed desire
steadying at the speed of light.
And time stood still,
As it flashed on by stars and galasxies
And insland Universes.
But by far
emptiness, emptiness galore prevailed,
Intense boredom deflected his course bak to the MIlky Way.
The sun was gone with its attendant planets:
It passed a dark mass of immense gravity.
He longed to see his planet earth and his people dear,
His house, the plants and blooms.
He never knew they all got evaporated millions of years ago
To form one of the gas clouds circling the dark mass.
