Ø At bed time or when ever you need sleep, lie straight on the bed and think that you are accepting the
circumstances which surrounds you irrespective of good or bad. Repeat within yourself for 2 minutes like,” I am accepting my circumstances.” Ø Now think for 2 mins that you are loosening your body and there is no
tension in the body. After 2 mins you found that your body is in complete relaxed state. Ø Now repeat within yourself for another 2 mins that your mind becomes cool. Ø Now spend 2 mins, thinking that your breathe become calm down and you found yourself into deep sleep. Ø In morning you found yourself like a fresh blooming flower.
