Alpha Meditation

It is by now amply clear that whatever you believe becomes the reality. And whatever that sinks tot eh subconscious
mind become  becomes a faith. But how can you send thoughts to reach the subconscious mind?
When you sleep your subconscious mind is working and when you are. awake as your conscious mind is awake too it is not easy to each it.
You record your goal statement a number of times and time a tape such that it will play the recorded message ay, after half an hour. As you lie down to sleep switch on the same so that it plays the recording after the specified time. The suggestion you hear will  reach the subconscious  mind  direct. When the subconscious mind hears it  a number of times, it creates a deep impression and belief there.  If some  can  repeat the message in s deep sonorous voice while you are asleep there will be almost the same effect.
If you have a bad habit,  you can give suggestions to the effect that you have overcome it and repeat the message a number of times when you are asleep it will sink to the subconscious mind.
A few days may not be enough. You  continue for  months and months or a few few years. 
There is no known shortcut to influence the subconscious mind other than through repeated affirmations. And remember the suggestions should be done with belief . Plain unemotional words do not influence the subconscious mind at all.
Can we reach while we are awake?
When we are awake, its vibrations range from 14 cycles per second. During sleep they drop down to 7 cycles. This level of the brain is termed the ALPHA LEVEL.
IF ONE CAN REACH THIS SATET WHILE AWAKE, whatever is suggested get sunk to the subconscious mind faster.
How to reach Alpha Level when you are awake?
If the activities of your body and mind  (brain) comes down drastically, you will be nearing the Alpha Level.
Seat your self in a comfortable chair. Take three or four deep and slow breaths holding each fore for say 10 seconds and exhale feeling relaxed. Count then from 10 to one slowly felling every cell of your body relaxed as you go down..
Now you will be almost in the Alpha Level.
Now bring your goal statement to your mind clearly. As you repeat, feel and say the same to each and every cell of your body. Fell that you  have already achieved what you want. Live in that state for a few minutes enjoying the fruits of achieving your goals. You may also see your dearest ones coming and congratulating you on your goal achievement.  See that person whom you hold in the highest esteem appreciating you. End the session by counting from 1 to 5. As you open your eyes, feel confident and happy.
