Autosuggestion It is self suggestion. If any suggestion is repeated over and over again, the vibrations are picked
by your subconscious mind and acted on by it.
Suppose you repeat with a lot of feeling, “I am confident, I am
courageous, “I can face any situation,” “I am good and lucky,” “ I feel terrific, I am courageous and confident, and I am always winning,and so on a number of times say, when you are traveling, or jogging, or simply idling the time, they will influence your subconscious mind.
You can do autoseggestion in a number of other ways too.
Suggestions through your nervous system:
The way you sit, stand, talk, look and meet a
stranger do send messages to your brain. If you are timid when you meet a stranger, any time you see a stranger an uneasy emoton is rpoduced and its gets registered.
If you stand, sit and walk erect and walk briskly all the time, message of alertness and preparedness is being to the sent to your brain. When thousands of such messages are recorded you will be more prepared and determined to ago after you goals.
The type of your movement decides your life to a very large extent.
Similarly, try to be courageous in a fear inducing situation. If you cannot muster courage, ‘act' courageous. Repeated acting becomes real. When you act courageous, repeatedly, courageous feelings get reinforced and you eventually become courageous. If you are timid in meeting strangers, act courageous and meet them and after a few such 'acting' you will be able to meet them naturally with more courage.
