When you become
angry or mentally disturbed or feel tensed then
follow these useful tips:
1) Take 2 or 3 deep
breathe then follow your breathes. Within a minute a found your
anger is vanished.
2) when somebody makes you angry, don’t react immediately; tell yourself that” I will reply him tomorrow”.
3) If you come to know that you are
getting angry, stop taking breathe for a second and ask within yourself that you are getting angry. Anger will disappear.
Don’t burst out in anger or suppress your anger because both cause harm to you physically and socially.I think these
