How to get rid of fear?
Sit down in a chair comfortably. Bring to your mind an experience which made
you very confident. Feel the experience and live through it.
Bring something on to the screen of your mind that which makes you afraid. It can be a snake, or cat or spider or a lizard--whatever that makes you fearful.

Bring the disgusting thing to a screen in front of your mind Move all the pictures in detail that make you afraid very fast in the screen.
Feel like watching some funny scenes of a movie.
What you felt very fearful so far even a little while age, now passes in front of your mental eyes like funny things.
Repeat it. See the rolling fast of the fear images and you look down upon the screen from above and enjoy the whole thing.
With this your fear will come down. And the disgust to that thing would have gone altogether or reduced.
Alternately, you can bring the object in focus (enlarged) in front of your mind’s eye. Say it is a spider. Enlarge it a thousand times and see even the tiny legs large and big. Keep the image and understand that it is mortally afraid of you. Keep the enlarged image for some time a number of days. Your fear would come down.
