Under a certain hallucinate experience he joined the followers of Jesus. He began to preach and spread the new faith with a new theology designed to furnish a biblical foundation for the faith. He preached his new faith zealously against his older faith.
His faith, at the point of the vision, was the centre of his life. One day he saw the messiah with a heavy cross coming to him. The sight of the messiah carrying a heavy cross upon his bleeding shoulders was enough to make Paul think that he was carrying the sins of the entire humanity.
