When I search for a disintegrating agent which could affect largely on the tablet disintegration in poor percentage,then I work for Avicel PH 101,Avicel PH 102,Croscarmellose Sodium and Carboxy Methyl Starch in direct compresion process Avicel PH 101 in percentage approximate 0.6% gives better effects than others. In a tablet bulk containing above 95% of API and in that case Avicel PH 101 is the best one in direct compression process and this is on testing process
