The objective of this research is to find out these following matters: the influence of organization culture toward employee satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture toward employee performance, and the influence of employee toward employee performance. This research uses survey, sampling method and questioners as the tools in collecting the main data. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the variables by using LISREL software. This research shows these following results: there is a significant influence of organization culture toward job satisfaction, there is a significant influence of organization culture toward job performance, and there is a significant influence of job satisfaction toward job performance. In numbers the result of the effect of organization culture toward job satisfaction is 6.17, the direct effect job satisfaction toward job performance is -1.32, the direct effect job satisfaction toward job performance is -0.58. By understanding the variables that influences the employee performances, the stakeholders can use the information to increase the income of the organization as well as improving the services toward community. Beside, this research result is useful for the next researchers, as research material in organizational behavior science or the same kind of science.
