Know you BMI index and find out whether you are underweight or overweight…………………

BMI is the abbreviation of Body-Mass index. It is a scientific and mathematical way to find out your current Body mass index that you are fit, overweight or underweight. To calculate your BMI index, first convert your height in meter scale and weigh your weight. Then divide your weight by the square of your height. Let us suppose your height is 1.65 meter and your weight is 65 Kg. Then your BMI index will be – 65/(1.65x1.65) and it comes out as 23.8. It means you are fit and healthy.
Now the limits are – if your BMI index comes under 20 or 20 , it means you are underweight and if your BMI index exceeds the upper limit of 25 , then you are overweight and you are really putting extra weight in your body.

So try to calculate your BMI index and then plan yourself to remain healthy and fit because if you are fit and healthy, you are the wealthiest person in the world.
