and constant codependence coincides for the achievement of a common goal.
information is a product of data analysis whos input is needed for a certain factor- for performing an action, for exepting a dicision, or inspecting the datas characteristics and qualities.
a data system performes the following actions: data collecting, data storage, and processing the received data.
the distribution of the accepted data performs four additional tasks: 1. data collecting. 2. data storage. 3. data processing. 4. data distribution.
types of systems in organizations: TPS: transportation processing system- a system which involves the processing of large amounts of data as part of a fluent activity in the organization.
MIS: junior management information system- provides reports and answers regarding management's questions in issues such as: planning, supervision, and fluent decision making ( the MIS system produces information from the TPS system).
DSS: decisions supporting system- supports the decision makers by implementing quantity or statistical models for unique decision problems, inbuilt or semi-inbuilt.

1. documents management system- word processor, arranges information and data.
2. office management system- synchronized appointments diary, organizer.
3. communication systems- means which provide communication and information and document transfers (MSN, IRC, ICQ).
4. stages in the development of an information system: iniciation (tracing the need for the system) study of an existing situation (shape of the organization, the system within it and its problems) affiliation study (testing possible solutions) system analysis (detailed definition of a new system) design (designing the elements of the system according to the analysis) sturtup (programing and bug testing) implementing (binding) fluent operation and maintenance .
5. personal responsible for managing control over development of information systems:
system designer - central position, takes part in nearly all stages of developmental, his actions are as a manager and his work is technical.
programmer - writes and programmes the systems programs in the starting stages and checks the regularity of the program.
development program manager- responsible for managing the developing process according to plans, synchronization between elements, schedule, and keeping within the limits of the deadline (hardware
technician, data base expert, communications expert).
