VEGETARIAN OR NON VEGETARIAN ? DECIDE YOURSELF.
Nowadays ,the question that whether we should be vegetarian or non
vegetarian has become a vital question . But, I think, actually the question should be whether we take non vegetarian food for keeping our body in order or only for taste. If the answer is for keeping our body in order, it is incorrect because it has been revealed in many scientific experiments that vegetarian food is best for human health and we can live without non vegetarian food .Studies conducted in countries like USA,UK, Japan, Germany have revealed that vegetarians not only remain healthy and disease free but also have greater stamina, longer life span and sharper intellects.
It can be understood from the list of comparative nutritional value of vegetarian and non vegetarian food set forth below. ( Per 100 grm.of edible portion of foods)

The bacteria multiply quickly in blood. As blood cannot be totally separated from flesh, the bacteria infection is very fast in meat as compared to vegetarian food. The germs and virus, present in the meat,enter the body of meat eaters ,who may also get infected, very easily. It is revealed that many famous personalities of different field of work in this world was fully vegetarian. Nobel prize winners, Dr Michael S.Brown and Dr.Joseph L.Goldstein of America have scientifically proved that consumption of non vegetarian food like meat and egg increases cholesterol in the blood stream,causing problems in heart,kidney and Intestinal diseases,Hear trouble,Epllepsy,Blood pressue,Colitis,Appendicitis,Rheumatoid Arthiritis,Cout Artinoma of colon & Rectum,destruction of immune system of our body,Constipation,Migrane,Menstrual disorders,Eczema,Pimples and other skin diseases.
So,it is well proved fact that vegetarian food empower immune system of our body to highest level and prevents several types of diseases but non vegetarian food weaken immune system of our body and become the cause of various diseases.
Moreover, teeth of human being is shaped in such way so that they can grind and chew cereals and pulses easily but,on the contrary, structure of teeth of flesh-eaten-animals are shaped with sharp pointed headed shape so that they kill and eat animals easily. In my country,India, there are several states(provinces) original inhabitants of where are vegetarian. In reality, they posses better health than people of non-vegetarian states. It is also revealed that states dominated with non-vegetarian people suffers much from different ailments than people of vegetarian states.
I , myself, being a fully vegetarian have realised that veg.food is best for both physical as well as mental health of human being. Specially, persons suffering from breathing troubles must get relief to a great extent switching over to vegetarian food in full.
