The
new method of stem cells extraction left the
scientific community in euphoria, passed wednesday, when the
Nature Magazine announced that American scientists had removed an only cell of
an embryo, in a very primitive phase of development, and that the embryo kept
its fullness and its potential development. This new discovery was not possivel until here since the embryo died, but now doesn't.The importance of the stem cells it's in its potential to evolve to any human tissue.
This step made by science, comes to open new doors and gives a new hope to patients with diabetes, leukemia, burnings, among other million of illnesses. The Vatican already pronounced itself against this method, accusing it of being a manipulation of a process so, the ethical opposition remains. Much about this finding will be writen. Many analyses and opinions will be exposed. So let's wait for the reply of the
scientific community, the one with authority about this subject.
