The passage from the awake state to the sleep state occurs in gradual mode and coincids with the deceleration of our
physiological functions.
My
physiological attention drops when I reached that one can name the critical point, where the hemisphere dominating of the brain is activated by starting the construction of the images, the sounds and the feelings: dreams, with the brush of re-establishment of the chemical and physical values of the state of day before. After this re-establishment there is again the fall of the conscious state and the cycle is repeated throughout all sleep.
the dreams are able to cause اelevation of the chemical and physical parameters, but they must be continuously stopped for أlost the fact that they reach high anorùal values , therefore the risk to make us waiking up. The continuous interruptions cause a condition of amnesia
increasingly major, proportionally with the interruptions.
When we dream, by not having access to the hأhémisphère concerned, we cannot have faculty to recall us; on the contrary the mnemonic function is circumscribed with the أévénements hardly last day. We do not have the concept of time and the distances, nor of residence.
the single mnemonic function which remainder is that of temporal type, which enters in activity by means of fast connections of access to the hemisphere concerned. To awake us it is essential that they enter in activity and, precisely, when the fast links of access of the hemisphere are made increasingly more frequent. In this case, more the co-ordinates to embrace temporal join, more the dream appears increasingly connected to the real life.
the dreams are used for to restore the physiological organization state which underwent a considerable deceleration and to create a mental state which allows, after the alarm clock, a capacity orientation to embrace temporal instantaneous.
If we were to awake accidentally, during the physiological fall without dream in progress, we would have big problems as أto move in the surrounding medium, because of the insufficiency of the sensory capacities of vigilance and we would have great difficulties to coordinate even the simplest movements.
The dreams represent even a mechanism of safeguard of the information collected in the course of the day hardly spent and a loading of all the driving programs or of thought, as well simplest that those more complicated. The memorized events and the practices do not require thus to be recovered are not represented in the dreams, but only related conceptually.
When the dreams are suspended for accidental reasons, recovery and loading will not be carried out; consequently the people will have simple difficulties of remembering and to carry out mouvements.
