mask (personality). Every person has a personality, either good or bad, but in all most all cases, a mixture of both. A person who need not wear a `different' mask for others, and confidently show his true
self is called a good personality. Each
Personality has a different idea of what it means to be successful. Realising what is truly important to us is a major step towards becoming a superior personality. Many of us are influenced by
somebody and misunderstand what is a real success to "us". We spend time and energy to meet somebody else's idea of success, and ignore the conflicting messages from our own psyche. You are a self-starter. You know that success first begins in `you'. You are self-reliant, and confidently believe in your abilities. You set the example. You are diligent, consistent and dependable. You are tough when situation requires it. You stand by right minority and not with wrong majority. You stay motivated by motivating yourself, and
seek high standards. You know when to help and where to seek help. You are loveable. You are decisive. You do not procrastinate. You are inquisitive. You are not fearful to admit your mistakes. You learn from them, and more particularly, from the mistakes of others. You are understanding and tolerant. You work to eliminate laziness, do away with envy, eradicate ignorance and exterminate negative thinking from your life. People trust you and respect you and most importantly... . you are nice to be around. You perfectly know that, `one kind word warms up three winter months'. "A willingness to work happily to reach a goal, rather than working dejectedly just to complete the task, accomplishment of emotional balance under tension and in problem, and a practical view of life without sacrificing the values" are the fundamental steps to success.
