It becomes universal culture but respecting the identity of each nation qnd valorizing the member's engagement about specific clear and realizable objectives. It supports a transparent policy of information, communication and formation to coordinate and harmonize the team work while responsabilisant each one of its members. - It facilitates control and audit instruments of internal and external evaluation to develop the company and to improve it continuously. Then can one speak about management post-capitalism? One of the major mutations of the company is the disappearance of the pyramidal hierarchy; one does not manage any more of the subordinates but one works with fellow-members. for to be formed, autocontroler, to be evaluated, deal with oneself, to know penny to treat, to be quite informed and to ensure a fluid circulation of transparent information here some an aspect of the profile of the new manager. Many things are to be re-examined, for example the advance of careers and the pension plan which are not static any more and irreversible .They became dynamic and inconstant movement. One does not make call solely with the qualifying titles and the seniority, but also with the capacity topresent an action plan on terms of the strategies of development of the company to which one claims to be leading and one also calls upon the practical references.
