The social economy can be the expression of disenchantment of the public with respect to the pitiless market economy for the least affluent and which imposes to the citizens an unrestrained style of consumation it with what the non-profit organizations and the thousands of nongovernmental organizations militate to reduce the misdeeds of the consumption automated by all the promotional and advertising means. The non-profit organizations focus their actions on a precise mission, with objectives clear and specific which require a perfect structuring which facilitates them.Eventask with the members their activities are voluntary and to nonlucrative goal these organizations are subject to the rules of control and the hearing of their accountancy as well as the publicly-owned establishments owing to the fact that some take of such scale that they manage enormous budgets. As an example the International Red Cross with humane vocation which intervenes in the four corners of the world at the time them natural disasters to relieve the disaster victims. It manages to do it thousands of banks of blood and =) human organs, tons of drugs and foodstuffs, in addition to the budget devoted to the training of the first-aid workers throughout the world. In this context the voluntary help itself requires the professionalisation of the humane and social missions. The boards of directors of these organizations take a decisional capacity and effectively work out to present action plan .Les undertaken economic and the publicly-owned establishments may find it beneficial to take as a starting point the nongovernmental organizations in this field of reliable management as a whole.
