Thanks to the métacognition, we can acquire skillsauthentically transferable. These skills are connected to the reflectiveintelligence, i.e. with the "spirit". More than everhas human raceneeds to gather all its spirits. The possibility of taking retreat compared toits speciality, and of reflecting - to honestly revalue what one does, since ageneral point of view - is acquired naturally in the rich world, collaboratifand dubious of the apprentice, devoted to the resolution of the problems, inopposition to tasks, with the schedules and the measurable activities of thestructured class. To acquire the expertise, one needs a thorough knowledge ofthe contents - and also the métacognition. This capacity of major reflexionhelps us to develop new possibilities.
