Do seeds grow better in sand?

Book Abstract by: Mackenzie Thomas

Original Authors: Mackenzie Thomas; Thea Lowler
Thea and I started by researching our topic in the library. We started our research by looking in encyclopedias, dictionaries,
and books on our topic. During the time in the library, we wrote out our hypothesis, materials, and the plan of our steps and process. We then organized it into our research logs.About a week later, the project materials were purchased. Then the items were set into place. The process of this task started by placing three trays of sand and three trays of soil, both containing radish seeds, in three sunny places of my backyard. This process continued while the plants grew progressively. The results and everyday studies on the plant growth were gathered together in our logbook. The next step was creating the triptych and laying out the papers of every detail out so that they could be organized onto the triptych. We matted the papers and then placed them where we wanted them to go. We then put the papers onto the triptych creating this project.
