-----DESSERT---BISCUIT CAKE------EASY TO MAKE -NO NEED TO BAKE.Ingredients1. glucose biscuits --1 big pack 2. good quality plain butter --3.powdered sugar .4 plain cocoa powder 5 vanilla essence 6-milk.7orange essencemethod . cream the butter, powdered sugar , cocoa powder and make it into a smooth paste .add appropriate measures of the 2 essences--depending on the size of the cake -but orange must be only half the quantity of vanilla essence.take the biscuits one by one and after dipping each into milk line them in a big rectangle without any gap ,take the beaten cocoa cream and spread it evenly on the rectangular layer. once again, dip the biscuits one by one in milk and repeat the procedure . this will stick well on to the layer underneath.once again repeat the procedure of spreading the cream. arrange the next layer , dipping the bicuits in milk and spreading this on top of the cream layer. now make the next layer with the beaten creamRepeat the procedure till you have made it as large as you want . when it is over, spread the cream evenily on all the sides along the height of the rectangle so that the whole rectangular box looks like a brown chocolate cake . spread the cream smoothly and make it look absolutely even. you can sprinkle grated chocolate and nuts and small balls of condensed milk on top if you desire. set this and keep it in the freezer and keep it covered. take it out just before serving and cut large vertical chunks--be careful-ony VERTICAL chunks and serve.
