Greenery Lush are the evergreen forest this
time of the
year just waiting for the surroundings to burst into natures
living Green and a feeling of warmth soon to come that winter cannot possibly share with you. The green on the tiny little bug that shines like a diamond zooming around and hopping and jumping to their content showing the power of God in that very tiny, tinyball. Yes God is mindful of all His little creatures and the big ones too. I wonder why He made a bug all green and shiny. In talking about green have you noticed the
great variety of the shades of green? It seems each leaf has it’s own hue and fragrance and its own time to step out of its own brown house after the
long winters cold. They all have different shapes and sizes and it is not long until we see some on the ground telling us that something is wrong. Why do they not stay on the tree forever? Now we are reminded that there is an enemy around somewhere. Sin has its rule on this planet. The wages of sin is death so the leaves have to die. Is it not thoughtful of God to give us a fresh new beginning every spring. Green is one of the most relaxing colors. He knew it would help us in our abundantly stressful lives to sooth our nerves. The wilderness is a great place to spend a few days out of the year to give the body some toning up. Just be prepared to meet the bear and cougar. We have met them in the wild. So Jesus tells us that in
heaven the plants and trees will be a living green. I’m looking forward to seeing the glories of heaven are not you? And there we can see the living green and most of all we can see the lovely face of Jesus our Redeemer.Joyce Weber
