That Is How Life Goes
In each person there is a biological clock. The central nervous system decides of the sleep of a given person. Day and Night is part of a cycle. Some people live well their cycle and others don’t. The external world, like the shade of the light, the seasons have an impact on how a person perceives time. Some people have a normal perception of time and others don’t because it depends for instance on how they sleep. The estimation of time is influenced by our cells and systems of the body. Our brain which, decides of the time receives waves in the neurological system, thanks to light. Nowadays, there are discussions to know how time is set. Proteins in the cells are the most important genetic chemistry that makes life a cycle. Through studies of cells it is possible to study synchronisation and that is how replication can happen. One of the important items that follow timing is pacemakers. In this case the heart has to beat on a regular rhythm to be considered normal or to be rejected. Animals have their circadian clock in the brain. If there is a problem in the brain it will appear in the cells. So, sleep is necessary to regulate the circadian clock and the circadian cycle has to be normal and in order to allow variations in seasons, for instance plants have a particular season when they get flowers. For humans, sleep is the most important function. Sleep helps to recuperate and the energy is located in the brain. The interaction between calcium and sleep has to be studied, because they are linked during sleep. Physiologists are more interested in the intensity of light. There is a light world and a dark world which has an influence on the environment.
