A single step fabrication of phenol biosensors with immobilization tyrosinase in photocurable methacrylate-acrylate film
was developed based on simple cyclic voltammetry technique. Modification of the membrane copolymer contained hydrophilic property which is 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and hydrophobic property for butyl acrylate (BA) had done in three different ratios. The data from cylic voltammogram can be interpreted using the Randles-Sevcik equation to identify
diffusion coeffiecient (D) of phenoll. It showed that different ratios of photo (HEMA-co-BA) revealed its different diffusion properties. For photoHEMA, the diffusion
coefficient was 2.7709X10-7 cm2s-1, photoHB91 was 1.3578X10-7 cm2s-1 and photoHB82 was 9.9754X10-8 cm2s-1. These results indicated that diffusion coefficient of phenol were decreased with increased of butyl acrylate in the membrane.
