The rotating wormhole solution introduced by Khatsymovsky and Teo has provided a more generalized solution compared with
the Morris-Thorne static solution. Based on these ideas, we propose the
spacetime metric of a slowly
rotating wormhole where we have constructed in the framework of classical general relativity a set of Einstein equations of state in terms of pressure and the energy density. From the energy density expression we derived the exterior solution of the spacetime metric for the slowly rotating wormhole which is useful in further study of the wormhole characteristic
