The exogenous DNA from soybean was introduced into rice seeds through the pollen tube pathway again.Three kinds of culture
ways were designed:the culture in high
nitrogenous fertilizer, the culture in organic fertilizer, the culture in conventional fertilizer.Four kinds of rice-two ordinary varieties, the variety induced by exogenous DNA from soybean and the contrast were respectively planted with the three kinds of culture ways.Crude protein contents in the four kinds of rice offsprings seeds were analyzed. The results indicated:(1) The average contents of crude protein in the seeds induced by exogenous DNA from soybean and planted in the high nitrogenous fertilizer,in the organic fertilizer and conventional culture were 128.0 mg/g,123.7 mg/g and 102.1 mg/g,increasing separately by 473.0 mg/g,479.7 mg/g and 332.9 mg/g over their contrasts planted in relevant soils;(2) Variable range of crude protein contents in the variation rice seeds was wider in high nitrogenous fertilizer culture and in organic fertilizer culture than in the conventional fertilizer. This research result confirms that introducing exogenous DNA through the pollen tube pathway could increase
Crude protein content in rice seeds. The culture ways in high nitrogenous fertilizer and in organic fertilizer are advantageous to expression of crude protein content in the variation rice seeds.
