The present research was carried out in the condition of plastic greenhouse culture, 15 N - ammonium Sulphate and 32P-Sodium di - hydiogen phosphnate were spiled on the
leaves of Skagg's Bonanza Navel It studied the assimilation, translocation characteristics and practical effect after spraying 15N - amomnium Sulphate, 15 N - Urea and 32P - Sodium Di - hydrogen phosphnate. With sprout and leaves were spreed the 15N-Urea absorbed by leaves, branches transolcated to new organs slowly with the characteristic of stored nutrition tO spur leaves and fiuit
set in next year. The total Nitrogen,
NDFF% and 32P radio sink intensity in the leafy inflorescence were much
higher than the leaf less inflorscence, It can explain why the
fruit set rate of inflorscence is higher than the leafless inflorscece. During the period of drop, the total Nitrogen,NDFF% and 32P radio sink intensity of set fruit is appers higher than
drop fruits, the results showed that it is one of the reasons caused fruit drop of Nitrogen and Phosphorte nutrition lacked. When the young fruit was painted with GA3 + BA and GA3 the radio sind intensity, the total Nitrogen and NDFF% in treated fruit were > GA3 > CK. From these results, it is suggested that there was close interaction between CA3 + BA, GA3 treatments and enhancement of fruit set rate.
