The experiment from Oct. 1997 to Apr. 1998 was carried out in Wuqiao experiment fields of China Agricultural University of Hebei Province, to study the effects of nitrogen, phosphate,
potassium fertilizer practices on the
yield of
forage rye. Mathematics models were established for yield with the treatments of N, P, K fertilizer in this paper. The dynamic relationship between experimental factors and yield was showed by graphs. The results showed that the yield effects of the chemical fertilizers were in the order of N>P>K and there were interactions among nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium fertilizer. The interaction between
nitrogen and
phosphate fertilizer was large. The interaction between phosphate and potassium fertilizer was small. The optimum combination of N, P, K was N: 199.5-274.5 kg/hm2, P2O5; 121.5-148.5 kg/hm2, K2O; 84-117 kg/hm2 at the same nutritional condition in the experimental field and the prospective yield of
forage rye is 7 500-8 175 kg/hm2 correspondingly.
