Study of the Eco factors of Main Soils influencing the Rice Quality

Article Abstract by: TsingHua

Original Author: Journal of Sichuan Agricultural University
This abstract was translated from 影响稻米品质的主要土壤生态因子研究
Adopting the method of pointed sampling, timely planting and harvesting in the field, it studied the relationship between
rice quality and the eco factors of main soils in Sichuan Basin Area. The result indicates that: ①Each character of rice quality and general quality are influenced, to some degree, by height above sea level texture and content of nutrient; the influence on each character of rice quality and general quality by different soil eco factors disagree, the partial correlation analysis can even more correctly show the linearity degree of two variables compared with simple correlation analysis; ②Based on the results of simple correlation analysis, height above sea level and the content of physical clay coarse silt organic matter available cuprum available iron available manganese are the main soil eco factors which influence the rice quality; ③Based on the results of partial correlation analysis ,the height above sea level, thickness of cultivated layer, the content of organic matter, total nitrogen available and nitrogen available cuprum are the main soil eco factors which influence the rice quality.
