A variety of pot
rice was cultured in the
soil with significantly different infertility levels and Se contents in 2 successive planting seasons to conduct a correlation analysis on Se contents obtained by using 6
extracts when Se contents in plant and Se contents
absorbed (μg/kg) by plant were used as reference standands. The results showed that water and 0.03
mol/L NH 4F 0.025 mol/L HCl were the extracts whose correlation coefficients with Se absorbed by plant reached
significant level, while correlation coefficients between 0.2 mol/L K 2SO 4 and Se absorbed by plant didn't reach significant level. ExceptabsorptioncontentsofSeinthefirstseasonrice, thecorrelationcoefficientsbetween 0 5 mol/L NaHCO 3 ,AB DTPA and Se contents in the first
season rice,Se contents in the second season rice,Se absorption contents in the second season rice reached high significant level. It's concluded that except 0.2 mol/L K 2SO 4,the other 5 extracts can be used to extract available Se in flooding soil.
