There are several types of red soil distributed in large areas in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. Different types of red soil is clearly stretched in zones . The controlling conditions of the evolving series from red soil to crimson soil and to drab-red soil are as following : pH value decreasing , rain precipitation and air temperature increasing .
