Comparative trials for three cropping patterns(new type wheat corn rice,
conventional wheat corn rice and wheat
rice)were conducted in experimental fields during 1991-1994. Yield,energy balance, nutrients and organic matter balance and economical benefit of three cropping patterns were analysed. The results were as follows: ① Yield of new type wheat corn rice was 14 247. 0 kg/hm 2,increased 3 41% and 17 64% than
conventional wheat corn rice or wheat rice respectively;② For new type wheat corn rice,energy output input ratio was higher and energy consumption per 10 kg grains was lower than those of two other conventional types;③ Nutrient balance of N,P 2O 5,K 2O and organc matter of new type wheat corn rice were all superior to those of the two conventional types; ④ Economical benefit such as net profit, profit per labour cost and profit per material cost were higher than that of the two conventional types. Comparing with the conventional wheat rice,marginal benefit cost ratio and increased net profit ratio of new type wheat corn rice were 3 33% and 22 42%,respectively.
